By accessing and using our service ("Service"), including our LLM inference API and hosted LibreChat platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that offers LLM (Large Language Model) inference and hosted LibreChat for convenient access to various open-source AI models. The Service is offered through two billing models:
Our Service includes models provided by us and our partners. These models are provided on an "AS IS" basis. We provide no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs generated by these models.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing basic personal information including your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account with others. Account sharing, including sharing of API keys or subscriptions, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
We keep activity and billing logs for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with Norwegian accounting requirements.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. However, you may appeal account suspensions or terminations through our customer support channels.
You retain ownership of all inputs and outputs from your interactions with the Service, except as provided below.
For users accessing the Service through our API: All inputs and outputs are subject to our zero-retention policy and are not stored beyond the immediate processing required to deliver the response. We do maintain activity logs to enforce billing, track usage limits, and ensure service uptime. These logs do not include the content of your requests or responses.
For users accessing LibreChat: Conversation history is stored in our database to provide the chat functionality. You own this data and may delete conversations at any time through the LibreChat interface. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting our customer support team.
We use your personal data (name, email, password) solely for account management, authentication, and billing purposes. Payment information is processed through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle at the rate you were charged in the previous cycle, unless you cancel prior to renewal. If you upgrade your subscription mid-month, your first invoice will reflect only the difference between your current plan and new plan until the next subscription cycle begins, after which you will be charged the full subscription price.
Credits are purchased in dollar amounts (e.g., $10 credits represent $10 USD worth of service). Credits maintain their dollar value perpetually—$1 of credit will always represent $1 of value. However, the cost of individual models (measured in tokens) is subject to change at any moment. For example, a model may cost $1 per million tokens at the time you purchase credits, but may cost $2 per million tokens when you use those credits. We will notify you of model rate changes, and such changes will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
Credits expire 1 year after purchase and are consumed on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis.
Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you retain access through the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable. However, we will refund credits if they remain completely unused for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days of use (even partial use), credits are non-refundable. All credits expire and are forfeited 1 year after purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Account Deletion: Upon cancellation of your subscription or at your request, your account will be marked for deletion. Accounts are permanently deleted 30 days after the deletion request, during which time you may restore your account by contacting support.
Individual subscription and pay-as-you-go plans do not include uptime guarantees or Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We recommend against using individual plan API keys in production environments or for mission-critical applications where downtime would have significant consequences.
Enterprise customers and those with commercial agreements may have different service level terms specified in their separate agreements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You understand that the Service, including all models and outputs, are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our Service utilizes open-source models and software provided by third parties. These components are provided "AS IS" without any warranty or support from us. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, or safety of third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control or endorse.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that violates applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, account sharing, API key sharing, API spam, or other prohibited uses.
You will not receive advance notice of suspension or termination. However, you may appeal the suspension or termination by contacting our customer support team within 30 days of the action.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features or models at any time. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that negatively impact your use of the Service. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from modifications or discontinuation of the Service.
Model pricing is subject to change at any moment, as specified in Section 6.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
